I suppose its difficult for everybody involved when a product costing £50 trade needs service – a call out will probably cost more than the product is worth, but its up to the manufacturer to make allowance for all this before bringing a product to market. Anyway i am led to believe that service has been taken inhouse as of last monday – allegedly !

i believe the issue is one of requirements not being met but being charged for – allegedly !

There are two sides to this story ( as usual ) the problem is not financial , or inability to pay, draw your own conclusions.

leaker direct website is password protected for trade only, just like ukwhitegoods, to access pricing use register box on home page to contact us and you can order online etc, we dont supply the public direct.
