    Re: GW609 fault code?

I got bored with the GW609 problem, so gave up and bought a new Simpson (so far so good). But I want to have one last try to get the GW609 going (for my daughter). It has the new refurbished motor control board, plus I did buy and fit a new RPS (Mk 2) board from F&P locally ($60)… but still no go. Machine turns on normally, but when a wash cycle is tried, water valves just give the same short pulses, then it gives up and beeps, and shows the same error code lights as before (1 far left, and 2 far right which I understand to be error 131. Any other ideas appreciated.
    Thanks.

That was quick! Thanks. After reading your “rapid response” I took the motor coil thing off the bottrom, to get at the sensor. The wiring loom looks fine, and I checked continuity of the wiring between the plugs on each end of the loom… 5 wires all OK. So does that suggest the actual sensor (a small PC board?) clipped onto the motor coils is faulty?
    Thanks
