I found out what was causing the problem,
the yellow sense wire on the element was charred so it wasn’t making a contact.
I managed to get a replacement element from a donor dryer at work
now it work like a charm 🙂

tomorrow i will check the transistors that drive the relays
hopefully one is shorted else i will have to source a replacement board

i have checked and it, and it seems fine
the only part that looks damaged in any way is the main motor relay, which has a bit of warping on one side but operates normal. As it is in a open state with out power and must switch to closed to make the motor run.
it looks like there might be a fault with the controller ic,
but other that it constantly spinning it works perfectly.
