Hi Dave I can turn the drum by hand ok
I have also fitted a new condenser and the motor still doesn’t work when I switch the timer on and press start ! I’d be pulling my hair out if I wasn’t already bald
when I press and hold the start button in I can hear a slight buzzing sound and the timer is ticking away as normal but drum isn’t turning ?
many more ideas would be grateful appreciated

Hi the old belt had snapped so I found the correct one online and I’ve checked it’s fitted correctly and the drum is turntable by hand (with a little resistance).
I don’t get a humming noise at all only the timer tics when the dryer is set to on.
    thanks
