Sorry for not replying with an update – heater failed. This was replaced by a local engineer – all working fine now.

Thanks for another Speedy reply, if only people like BT or Bosch could be so organised as you guys are everybody would much happier!!
Spray arms are all clear and there is plenty of water whizzing round in inside and at the bottom. The small bottle I put in has one of those wax seals on the lid, this would obviously need heat to melt this to release the liquid, it must be the heater I reckon.
I will contact an engineer from your list – many thanks again for all your help!

Hi Greg,
Thanks for the speedy reply. Would that be something that someone with little electronic knowledge could replace, like me?? Is it just a case of connecting up the wires? Where could I get hold of a new heater and do you think thats what is causing the problem?

PS. I tried a Dishwasher cleaner in it last night and once again it didnt finish its cycle and then small bottle containing the liquid wasnt even emptied which must prove that its the heater?
