    Do you have to access it from the back of the machine? Or where is the easiest way to access the heater?

    yes – I am posting from Ireland.

    There is not a good spray from the rotors – so looks like a pump problem?Is that fixable? I presume that the circulation pump is underneath the machine? Is there any tricks to unblock it or check if it is working ok?
