Re: Whirlpool American Fridge Freezer broken down – help!
Morning all, another to the ranks of the flashing – clicking brigade !!
Just started to read this thread with great interest as a new sufferer from the above.
Don’t know whether to replace the boards or capacitors but like the idea of taking them out and sending to broddersbaldrick (anyone got any more specific link ? open and get 4,000 + items – arghh)
Also any advice on what board needs replacing/repairing I would be most grateful.
numbers are 8586 151 15011 and 11 0339 014722.
As with lots of other people been in touch with a very unhelpful Whirlpool and got quoted £250, that’s them fixing it whatever it is or £120 call out plus parts.
Right now to read the middle 40 pages…
