Hi Dave,
Many thanks for sending me this manual which is a big help. I have more symbols on the function knob than shown in the manual – I think my extra symbols are to do with the fan. I think maybe I can use it as a conventional oven or as a fan oven and as an ordinary grill or a fan assisted grill.
Will try cooking and grilling on the various settings and if I have any difficulties I’ll get back in touch!

Sorry, I got that wrong! 😳
It is a single oven although I think it seems larger than a standard oven. The hob above it has 5 burners and the oven seems to be the same width as the width of the hob.

Hi,
It is a double fan oven. There are 3 knobs. The one on the left hand side is the timer (which seems to be stuck). To the right of the timer is a green light for “On” and to the right of that is an orange light for “oC”. The middle knob is towards the right side of the oven and it is the knob for Function (this is the one I really don’t understand. The symbols are still there luckily – I see from other posts that Homark ovens tend to lose their markings during cleaning – but I’m still unsure of what each symbol means. To the right of this is the third knob which is the oven temp knob.
