I had this issue. It was a second hand one. I first tried tiltng it but no luck. Then I cleaned everything no luck. Then I unscrewed the left hand side. I saw the water was pumping around nicely but something inside wasnt working.

so I turned it off at the mains/unplugged. Disconnected the water inlet and unclipped the white plastic inlet plate.

Then from the left had side of the unit I tracked down the impeller jug a small white round thing joined to the inlet. I disconnected it off and realised it has a spinning part inside so I blew into it to clear any debris.

It was already clear so I reattached it and closed it up. I set a quick wash and it worked fine. Blowing into the part seemed to give it a kick start so try that if all else fails as I managed to fix it for free.
