    Thanks for your advice Steve, I must admit to always scraping the plates and rinsing off the worse, but the wife and kids don’t ! I will obtain a quote for the repairs and go from there 😉 .

    It came with a MFI fitted kitchen around 5 years ago and has been very reliable (apart from the door handle breaking and forever coming loose!), so it may be worth a fix then. It depends on how much it would cost to fit the pump, that is unless it’s a job capable of my limited talents ?

    Did you like that edit, I couldn’t do it to the actual post though :rolls:

    I read that link after coming across it in the search that I did, they are priced up here at £136 (that’s if I got the right part ), so if it’s not blocked it looks like it could be a new machine on the horizon 😥 .

    Ok I have found somebody with the same problem by using the search facility (using the correct type No. ! ). It appears it could be the circulation pump causing the fault.
