What you have to realise with Beko is that they have a network of service engineers that support their brand. As you have seen they are not overly forthcoming with information. They do not offer information to those of us that are not part of this network. They have a UK spares distributor that will if available allow us to purchase manuals covering most of the range of Beko appliances. Your model however is not supported at this time. This subsequently leaves us scratching around trying to get info from where ever we can. To complicate matters, many manufacturers do not release the charts or software that allows us to diagnose the fault. I am sure that during your time as a motor engineer (if within the last few years) you will have pulled your hair out because you did not have the laptop and software to diagnose the fault. We have over 700 experienced engineers on this site, but few post to help you – I hope the above explains why. We keep on searching.hi again thanks for your reply it has been beko appointed engineers that have looked at this hope u can help at a future date thanks again for your support
time now to throw this in the skip tried several more engineers that all come back with the same reply will come out to analyze but no gaurantee that they can tell me what is wrong with charges of between 48.50 and 75.00 per hour and still no idea at the end as they all say throw away and buy new at this rate there will be no work left for them if we all do this ???? great thanks to dales electronics for trying so hard for me

Tech info to the independent trade on Beko is thin, to say the least. Which makes the repairers position very difficult, as Beko subcontract their servicing through work providers; who allocate the work to independent repairers……..
Sorry,
Penguin45.hi not sure how this conversation has got here but my prob is with a beko d e 3762 fw dishwasher hope u can get your reply to the right person

hi again i presume that you like many others can not find any info as to what may be wrong with this machine as said the p c b board has been replaced but upon looking further i see it has a separate p c b on the programmer knob could this be the prob??????
as an ex motor engineer for almost 40 years i find it very hard to beleive that no one can come up with an answer all the engineers turn up with an ohm meter and spend ten mins or so testing and admit they do not know what the fault is just best to throw away plus they want paying to tell u this it has given me new thought as to what job i can do now as i already possess an ohm meter
if i could not have got one of these engineers car to start would they have wanted to pay not getting at you for your help justpointing out a few points thanksApril 27, 2007 at 2:17 pm in reply to: 3 ENGINEERS LATER AND STILL NOT WORKING CAN ANYONE HELP #211785paddyK
