I am having the same problem. Had not used it for wool before. All came out far too hot and badly creased such that they are unwearable.. Binned new clothes. Now pulled out towels and got a blast of hot air in face. Need to quickly dry synthetics and am wondering if I have a washer dryer I cannot use. About 24 months old and deliberately bought for my retirement as no longer access to launderette for drying in winter
