    I found a 2nd hand retailer which offers a 6 month warranty, so I will be buying from there, seems like a good compromise for me. Thanks for the help.

    I would be buying from private persons, not through a dealer, so presumably no warranty. Damm thought smeg was recommended here, will have to read through the manufacturer list again.
    Yes I am in Denmark, so models are different, especially the cookers. I have never seen a double oven here.
