Hi. I have a samsung rsh1dtsw american style fridge freezer with a similar fault (water dispenser not working, ice maker is fine), but the precooler does not appear to be frozen.
I have checked all the fuses on the main control board on the top of the fridge and the solenoid valves at the bottom, and stripped and cleaned the ice/water dispenser assembly and everything appears to be fine.
It seems to me to be an icing problem as described above, but precooler seems fine. Are there any other locations where the water line may freeze?
any help would be appreciated. thanks
