Just posting to say thanks to Dave for sourcing the bottom element of my oven based on a photograph and some measurements. Excellent service!

For other users information, apparently the element is for a Baumatic built-in oven.

Hello.
Reading this post with interest as my EL1000 built-in oven needs a new bottom element and my local supplier hasn’t been able to find a match.

I can confirm that there is NO rating plate or manufacturer info anywhere on the appliance. Not on the outside or the inside of the oven, top sides or bottom. There is a strip of silver sticky tape (with any print scrubbed clean off) at the bottom of the door which may at one time have held the rating information.

The element I need is rated at 1300w with a part number stamped on it as follows: 8071RCA0998R220V-230V1300W

Can anyone help with this. I have a photo of the broken element if that helps.
