    Simples.

    Penguin45.

    Morning,

Emptied the machine, put on drain and took filter out, nothing happened, clicked off after the 2 mins as if it had finished the cycle.

    Thank you

I put it on again, stopped at rinse, tried just drain, it did nothing and just started to beep.

    Thank you

Highly unlikely, have you checked he impeller.

Put the machine on to drain, can you hear the pump run? If not then you need to check if the impeller can turn freely.

I took out the filter and the thing at the back can turn around, nothing there.

I have used the small hose at the front to drain it.

    Thank you

Twoten wrote:Yes, if you unscrew this you should see the impeller at the back.

Draining through the small hose at the front wont eliminate a possible blockage in the drain hose from the back. If the impeller is free see if the machine will drain by gravity as I have already suggested.

I took that out last night and ran water through it, it ran through fine, put it back together, started wash and still stopped on rinses.

Could there be a problem with the connection on the control board?

    Thank you

The filter is that just the round thing in the front you unscrew and pull out, there is nothing there.

    Thank you

The grey small hose was out at the back, put that back in and got a new clip for the bigger black thing

Is this the corrugated drain hose or the smaller fill hose that screws to the back of the machine or are you referring to a hose inside the machine?

With water in the machine, Take the end of grey corrugated hose furthest from the machine and lay it into a bowl making sure the whole of the hose is below the water level in the machine.
If the water drains into the bowl it would suggest there isn’t a blockage and hoses are clear.

It was the end of the small grey one that comes out the front. I use that to empty the drum, so no blockage with the hoses. The black one is the big rubber one that connects in 2 places with the drum, and with the pump I think.

    Thank you

When the machine stops with the error code E20 is there a lot of water in the drum?

When you put the machine on to drain can you here the pump running?

The grey small hose was out at the back, put that back in and got a new clip for the bigger black thing, sorry don’t know names. The leaking has all stopped. The error code comes on at the begining but it still starts. When it goes to rinses it just stops and starts beeping, no error code. The drum is still full. If I put it to just drain it does nothing.

    Thank you
