Re: Bosch fridge freezer faulty help needed please

Hi there –

Another newbie trying to figure out what’s wrong.

I have a Bosch Fridge/Freezer KGU31125GB. The freezer seemed to be slowing down (ice cream was not getting frozen!) so we switched off to ensure it was defrosted. However, when it gets switched back on I get about 15/30 sec of normal humming/gurgling and then there is a click and it stops. It does this several times, each time ending in a click. Then the temperature lights on top start flashing…..The result is that the freezer is not getting the least bit cold.

Any help gratefully received as in that dilemma of is it worth repairing or do I have to fork out for a new one!
