update
dryer fill solenoid was dead
new solenoid and all a okpetalpop

i have been to an awp512l
the on/off button which clips onto the console panel had come apart
the moulding for the clip was warped
i put a screw in it to hold secure
now as good as new
will i now get the claim rejected as in essence the button was pushed through by the 84 year old customer
but only because of a damaged clippetalpop

the fan element is faulty
the grill/oven element is a different element
the element you want to be changing is the one wrapped around the fan you can see spinning when you switch the fan oven onPLUG OUT/SWITCH OFF IF CHECKING YOURSELF PLEASE

i can`t for the life of me remember
it wasn`t the element though

i have had a couple of customers who i have replaced elements for where currys have asked her to get someone to quote
i did job customer paid me then they claimed my cost from currys
i then get a call a few days later checking all correct with a thank you at the end for a speedy jobpetalpop
