    Re: Zanussi Grill

Just a quick update……………new element purchased via this site, arrived quickly and a reasonable price.

Fitted and working, although a little different than the original( had two fixing points to the oven roof the original only had a central screw),easy modification though.

Thanks again for the help and advice.

    Re: Zanussi Grill

Thanks for the info so far ……………… i now have the PNC 949712289.
have inspected the grill element and there are no visual signs of damage that i can see.
Can it be removed from within the oven,? Looks as though its held with two small bolts at the rear and a screw to the roof of the oven?

How would i check for damage with a multimeter or is it just a question of buying a new element and hoping for the best! Cheers pete

    Hi Penquin
Thanks for the advice, i’m pretty sure it fried the circuit board but not having the knowledge to test it, it was easier on my health to buy her indoors a new machine ,as she can’t cope for more than 24 hours without the machine on!!
    Cheers anyway Pete.
