With the door shut and the heater working plug 1 on the circulation motor has permanent live on the brown wire and switched neutral on the purple wire. Plug 2 has brown and black wires which connect to the user control board. Does the motor not run because it is requiring a control input from the user control board? I’ve examined the user control board and all looks good. No real way of progressing this without buying either the motor or the control board.

Checked the heater, it’s working OK. Problem appears to be no water circulation while it’s heating. Circulation pump is not stuck but I’m unable to test the motor as it has two plugs with two wires each and contains a PCB, not just a case of applying 240v to it.
