Hi there, I’m new on the forum and just catching up, reading through some of the stories….

Being verbally and physcally abused by a ratther irrate customer because he had to wait three weeks for the parts for his Samsung washing machine. He was verbally very abusive, he then pushed me back and would not let me leave untill I had done the job.

Bill, that’s terrible – you shouldn’t have to take that from a customer!! Did you do the job?? If it was me – I would have refused to do it !!

And, sorry just to go off topic for a bit – To Alex from Somerset – I love your Pink Floyd/Division Bell cover !! I’m a Floyd fan too (as if you couldn’t tell from my name!!) 😉
