it reads continuety between the coils, no ressistance, this in my mind means dead. cant understand why the engineer says its fine and problems lies with pcb hes got nothing to gain am i testing it right or just going crazy?? or stupid??

thats what i thought got continuety between the coils which i assume means its dead but gave it to an engineer and he said its fine??? he says pcb but ive gone through it and through it and it look fine to me im feeling a little frustrated and wife giving me grief says just buy another but i think thats a waste and more landfill bo ho!!!!
