    Re: Samsung American Firdge Freezer

The fidge is still sitting at 13 degrees on the readout but it is cooler than that.
It’s not cold like it should be,and it’s not making a lt of noise like before.
However ther is condensation on back panel (near the drawers) and if I listen when dor is open there is a constant crackling noise, best way to descibe – like popping candy would sound.
Any ideas which part I need to replace?

    Original pst I posted is:

Hi wonder if anyone can help

Fan got noisy, temperature went mental in Fridge.

Looked on UK White Goods Help pages and found the info refrence changing Back Panel and thermistor.

I done this last Friday, and all worked well till last night (Monday)

There was a pop from the kitchen, assumed it was a fizzy Pop bottle expanding, but later discovered the Firdge temp was flashing.

Switched it off, and back on again to reset everything, and the temp is now sitting at 14 degrees, it wont drop.

Fan is working when door is closed and when i hold in the switch. Back panel has small amount of condensation building up

Ive emailed UK White Goods, who say it wont be the thermistor gone wrong and to ask on here if anyone can give advice.

Dont really want to pay out more money than necessary as already cost me over £80 for the panel and thermistor .

    Any ideas?

RS21DGRS is the model. It’s twin cooling if that helps.
Any info and advice greatly appreciated.
