    That’s great i was worried there was a thermal trip in line or something silly, had this issue recently with some fan heaters and found a discreet non resettable thermal trip in the Neutral line.

    Hi Dave, spot on mate removed the controller and the circuit board sits on top, found a lot of residue across the circuit board some contact spray and a cotton bud and all clean and working again.

    Ok thanks Dave will check it out , from memory the two side plugs twist and come out to release it? it’s got me as a new member but joined this group years ago but it wouldn’t let me log in so just set up as a newbie. Thanks again

    Yes but it is not on, the machine works fine and does a full cycle just can’t change the load setting
