Yes now when the dishwasher fills at the start of the cycle it trips then circuit breaker. If I reset the circuit breaker and turn the dishwasher back on, the circuit trips again.

If I empty out the water that from inside the dishwasher, it starts the cycle normally, but as soon as the fill is complete where it normally starts that actual washing, everything trips again.

There is no water in the underneath part of the machine at any point, that is all now bone dry and has been since I replaced the hose.
