Do it from the front having the machine tilted back at a 45 degree angle, take the water bottle out and use an extra long screwdriver (magnetic head) and a 2FT reach Flexible claw pick up tool to put water holder assembly back into place.
(very easy)

Hi Larry have done a few of these by just cleaning the carbon dust build up off the board and it cured the fault, I use a small brush and a keyboard vacuum
