    Update, Got an E52 error checked motor low insulation stripped the motor cleaned it then megged it (passed insulation check) machine now up and running fine

    Thanks Martin, customer re-scheduled it for tomorrow night, is this machine the same as the ewm1000-2000?

    Done one yesterday with the same fault changed the water valve, the diaphragm in it had a tear in it.machine now ok

    Hi Seamy thanks for getting back to me, I brought the wiring out through the filter hole and conncted it to the pump to check it still wouldn’t kick in, ran out of time as the customer was going out so when I go back to it on monday will do continuity checks on the wiring.
    do you know how to get it into test mode?

    Should slot into a hole in the side strut, parts needed would be (5031682991527 Door Brake)(5031682991312 Lever brake) and to be on the safe side (5031684771073 Door Spring) and (5031682991596 Hinge Hook) most times its the Door Brake and Lever Brake that is broken but having the spring and hook can come in handy

    Hi Seamy, thanks for your reply, I have been back and completed this job, bottom sensor bar was the problem.
