I’ve been looking at the available parts from NEFFS’s online parts shop, and see a sensor and a switch on the heater assembly. Are either of these likely to be stopping the machine filling?
I’d guess that it should run through a logical sequence, and that either the controller is failing to see a condition that it expects to see, or the controller is U/S.
But I don’t want to spend £120 on a controller to find that the machine still does the same!
Has anyone got any ideas??

Penguin45,
Thanks for the reply.
I’ve tried that, and found no blockages :(.
It’s like it thinks that there is water in it that it is circulating, but there is not any water in it!
I’ve checked that the diaphragm level switch works both mechanically and electrically, and it checks out OK.
I thought the inlet solenoid may have packed up, but I thought that 2.2Kohm was likely to be about right (is that about right??), and I have monitored to see if I’m getting a voltage going to it, but I don’t appear to get a voltage going to it.To recap.
If I carry out a “reset” by pressing the 55° and the 65° cycle buttons at the same time, then I start another cycle, it pumps remainging water to drain, then the circulation pump appears to be running (I can hear it humming, and if the door is opened, it can be heared sucking), but it goes no further in the cycle 😕
What else could it be ❓ -
