Well guys and gals, what can I say I have learned one thing on here already! your all in fact Human, If we were all in a pub some of us would be oggling the woman with the big tits while some of us would be laughing at the guy with the ridiculous dress sense…LOL Bitchin’ is apart of our lives. So come on poeple get a grip We can all be great at what we do most of the time, and then we all can have one of them days!

In this world of spurious branding Would’nt it it be better remonstrating about manufacturers lack of tech help to us! after all we’re the ones on the front line, I know that would make me happier on a daily basis.

Thanks Greg for that advice, Have now done so, but still need diagnostic info for RS21 & RS 25 samsungs. I worked out how to access the service modes but do not have fault code descriptions…Can anyone help?
