    We always use the same cycle – not sure what you mean by “heated to dry” but certainly it’s pretty hot in there at the end!

    Thanks chaps – although it’s cheesey rather than salty (if that makes sense).

    Sometimes it’s on 3 or 4 knives and 3 or 4 plates – occasionally a few more, sometimes less…

    I will RTFM (!) and check the salt although ‘er indoors keeps it topped up…

    It’s a Bosch SGS5312GB/12 and we’re using Tesco tablets (individually sealed!). The problem has occured when using Glist tablets too. D/W is 4 or 5 years old and gets used about twice a week – as mentioned, it’s pretty clean inside…
