Re: tricity bendix BIW 105 W, Constant Drain?

I toke the heating elemnt out and found that it looks like the drum has smashed a hole and cracked the heating element, as i found a metal braw piece in the machine when cleaned it out im not supriced.

Would this be the only problem or could it be anything more??

1321020214 is the part number for the heating element and it cost about 30 pound here, i know its a bit cheeky to ask but is there any good secondhand part sellers around, as im consider to get a new machine and not sure i want to spend 30£ if its gonna brake again soon

I think the problem occurred when i stopped a program just as hatched locked and put on rinse to get the hatch open. put some more pices in the machine and tired to start again . but not sure if it was already stuck on drain prior to this
