We bought the same machine from Currys. 3 out of 4 wheels for the top tray snapped within 2 weeks of use. This also appears to be a common problem.

After 45mins of circular automated calls I got Currys central customer support line (0870 1545570). The very helpful chap I spoke to said that Currys have acknowledged there is a problem with some batches of this maching and I was given a number for an immediate in-store replacement.

Call them and complain!
