    Sorry to be a pain, but I have removed the side panel, but the impeller jug isn’t obvious to me – can anyone talk me through it at all please? How do I access it? It’s in the line of the water supply, so I follow the water supply pipe into the machine to…where?

    Hi everyone. I’ve got an SGS43T12 and it’s doing exactly the same thing. I’d also like to fix it myself, but am not completely sure where to locate the impeller jug. Do I access it from the inside of the machine or from the rear? Can anyone advise please? Many thanks!
