    or a faulty tacho

either way, its a motor issue

thats not a uk model either

do u have th 16 digit serial code

    1st: many thanks

the complete model number is HVP 16 IT ALU
I thought that ‘IT’ was just for language, not for technical differences, localization and ALU for alloy. Pheraps it is not.

Becaus of my wife’s pressing I gave up and I called the service…. it’ll be here in the afternoon. Yesterday I tryed to unmount the motor, clean it, clean brushes’ contacts and connections.
Bearings were in good state, no noises or rubbings. I sprayed them with wd40 anyway.
After this work the motor didn’t become hot as in the past while running.
I’ve seen that coils were a little brown. Good state, but brown. Is it normal? Thanks,
    R
    EDIT: The s/n is 31138191 0423 1016

EDIT: I’ve been looking for the motor in shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk in the case it’s too much expensive to buy from the assistance. But I didn’t find IT
