Just ordered it and if anyone else is having the same problem, this will be the second replacement that I’ve ordered…perhaps not a great advertisement for the product, but I’m heartened that even these days it is still possible to replace the “bits” rather than have to rip the whole thing out, tiles, grout and all.

Just about to crawl around the basement to find the soldering iron that I bought 3 years ago to replace the last one!
