Part arrived this morning and fitted (reasonably!) quickly. Did a test run and absolutely perfect. Hasn’t been like that for years!!!! Many thanks yet again.

Thanks ever so much you guys. You’ve been brilliant. Unfortunately kwatt, johnmac11 wins this time. Yes, the piece that you suggested IS damaged and I am placing an order for a new one this afternoon!!!!!

PS They are not Phillips screws holding the part in place. They are hexagon screws!

Is the support something that is easily replaceable, i.e. something that I can do myself? I assume that the part is http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/48124181 … rm-support. Looks relatively straight-forward but I shall wait for your reply before buying one!!!!!

Thanks for your prompt reply. It’s the third one – the feed pipe and it’s the left hand side (as shown in the picture) that keeps pushing itself out.
