Hi Damonsbeads,

To set the clock you press the second button (that looks like a cooking pot) and the third button (a pot with a line through it) simultaneously, and keep them depressed. Then use the plus and minus buttons to set the time of day. The A symbol should go off and the cookpot symbol comes on.
