Re: Fault with my Indesit IDL730 Dishwasher

Further to my last post, the element has now been checked which is ok but is not receiving a neutral supply – can anyone tell me where the neutral comes from or have a wiring diagram that will show us.
    Thanks

Many thanks Jim, just called a family member with a multimeter who knows how to use it so fingers crossed he can identify the cause of the fault.

    😀

Thanks for the response, just wondering what to look for now?!
I have looked at the element itself and there does not appear to be any obvious signs as you described.
If it makes any difference I did notice a few days before this problem that it wasn’t drying very well.
Can you advise whereabouts in the machine am I specifically looking for possible loose wiring that may cause the heating problem otherwise is there any way that i can identify the exact cause and therefore what part i need to order rather than call an engineer out.
    Thanks again
    Laura
