I have the same make/model as you and have the same problem. I have a breakdown cover and have been told that I need the replace the 2 control panels (fridge and freezer) The parts were ordered back in Dec and are still on back order – hopefully arriving in March…… We had a 2nd engineer out to confirm the problem and he did – its either replace the parts or the f/freezer…
