    Thanks for the responses – A very nice man from McEvoy & Rowley has got us sorted out, and the new fridge is being installed next Wednesday. Three cheers for your forum!

    We have just moved into a flat in High Wycombe and found the built-in fridge freezer was not working. We have spent an age trying to find a replacement and some-one who will deliver and install it. The original model was Electrolux ER 8034 I. We rang Electroluxx and they say the replacement is ENN2853AOW or (AEG) SCT51800S0. We’ve since been told the ..AOW has been superseded by the ENN2853COW, though that seems to have at least a month’s delivery. We also can’t find anyone who would supply and install the fridge freezer.

    Any suggestions or advice? We’re getting desperate!
