feeling really pleased with myself. i came home from work, fiddled with the drainage pipe, raised it a bit higher before making the dreaded phone call – had dropped due to being moved, etc, . put the wm on a rinse and spin cycle and no f03 message, just about to put a load on now to make sure.

ta for the advice, will bear it in mind if i get the message again.

just wanted to share, that for me it appears to be a very simple answer – and at no cost 😉

oh well that’s another engineer due in our home – 3 in 1 week.
Plumber, cooker engineer and now a washing machine engineer!
