Ok for anyone interested (seems quiet in here). Spent a bit of time releasing the wiring loom so I had some slack. Swapped the new one into the place of the freezer one and had enough slack to put the phial right into the freezer cavity the new one then worked. So must have been not enough of the phial getting cold enough to effect the gas enough in the phial. I just used the numbering on the old to new and things seem to be working perfectly. Fridge has had to be put on a slightly higher number to maintain the same internal temp but obviously thats not a problem. So all solved for £6

On the original danfoss it appears like the following
Pin 6 White which goes to the light
pin 3 brown goes to the power led (that dont work, not sure how long ago that happened)
pin 4 goes to the other light connectionHave wired the new stat on on a like for like basis on the numbering and the fridge comes on but does not go off even if i put the phial in the freezer compartment where the food goes rather than in any pocket or whatever else it has for the probes. No matter what I select on the stat

Would this be with a mega? Unfortunately not got one 🙁 My days of using one long gone from the days of installing pyro. If I had one I take it would fail but only once I have repaired the burnt track? Sorry for all questions not my field.

Ok so the blue component is a MOV this is a protection circuit, I do not have an insulation tester to test that component with. Have looked at the wiring diagram for the PCB and it looks like the burnt track terminals head towards the pressure switch and the heater element for the dryer. Wonder if the insulation broke down on the heater and it spike backwards?

all, not the interlock, and have metered the wiring back to the PCB and all fine. Have took the PCB out and one track is burnt out see attached pic it is the track at the bottom of the picture in the middle. On the other picture I have the meter probe indicating the track that is burnt connection to the multiblock, also in line is the blue component on the same picture this is open cct but not sure if it is a capacitor?

cheers, the dor interlock seemed to pass function test when I bench tested it. Do wonder if putting a new one on will fix even though it seems to test out ok will give it a go. Could i suppose be an alignment issue so will have a play around with it whilst not actually in the chassis to see if it will play ball. Also guess I need to get meter out to check 240v to coil and when activated that the switched live makes it to where it needs to go on the pcb so no broken wires. Will report back with findings promise. Glad in a way that it appears to be a common issue. I actually have access to another machine just the 8kg model rather then 9kg but missus wont let me substitute parts. If it isnt something simple is the next bit the pcb can I interchange these to prove whats wrong? Did I read somewhere that new PCB’s come out unprogrammed so i need something to match it to the machine. Thanks

Process of elimination, took the duct off and think it might be the heating element. Currently running machine without the element and it is not buzzing now. Heating element only seems to be held in with one winged clip. Will see if I can fettle it to hold firmer.
Thanks and will report back

Quick update turns out it is not only on the 90c program just more prevelant when using that program sounds very much like a vibration from the metal duct on top. Should this be doing anything when on a wash program?
