No lateral movement on the impeller and the resistance test proved good.

Samsung came today so the Hoover is in the front garden waiting for the scrap man unless anybody wants it lol

Ok well I wouldn’t have done that without performing some sort of test to prove it.

It’s alright randomly swapping parts out if someone else is paying for them eh

    Re: Hoover DXA43WA

Hi guys, thanks for the great reply’s. So I have had the pump off and the sump hose. Nothing inside the sump or drain hose. Blew down the small pipe from the pressure switch and it didn’t seem blocked.

I can’t see where the other end of the pressure pipe goes so unable to check for a powder goo build up.

Did a resistant test on the pump so that’s fine. The machine drains in about 50 seconds but the pump remains pumping until it throws the error code at me. It’s like I won’t stop trying to drain even after it’s drained. Had a guy out to it who didn’t have a clue. He didn’t even look at anything!

Just tried that and still got the E03 error. So any other ideas from your 100yrs experience would be greatly appreciated

I’ve only ever used to to test for power and resistance tests. I’m just regular joe bloggs. But thanks for taking the time to try and belittle me

And the glass door does feel warm. Would the water still get hot if the heater was the problem

    Re: Hoover DXA43WA

Hmm, the machine will do a full wash with the soda crystals in. Won’t do a full wash with clothes in though. Maybe I’ll try with a full load in and the heater disconnected

    Re: Hoover DXA43WA

Yes I read that somewhere else. Is there a way of testing it?
