Re: Whirlpool American Fridge Freezer broken down – help!

Hi everyone have been visiting this forum alot over the last few weeks as my whirlpool american fridge freezer developed the dreaded clicking, flashing and temperature problems, followed all the instructions and thought i had cracked it, changed the caps front and back and away it went no clicking no flashing ice and water all working perfectl, A couple of days later came down in the morning to find it had lost temperature so took out rear pcb to descover relay 3 was shot, replaced it with a new one but now it will not even get to temperature. Took out the panels at the back of the freezer and only the very bottom of the evaperator has frost on it the compresssor and fan are running, i have hooverd out the condensor but still no joy, have been speaking to John brodders and he says that the refridgerent must be low? Has anyone else had this problem? I dont really want to spend any more money on it and the leak could be anywhere anybobdy got any ideas? if not anyone whant a fridge freezer spares or repair? 😥
