Hi
I’ve found the NTC it looks like a bottle cap here is a site that containes a picture of it
http://www.4domex.co.uk/cgi-bin/product … &model=w93and it’s stuck at the back of the drum between the six and five position when i tested it it gave me a 17.3 K Ohms I’ve heated it and it started to go down. So I assume that it works fine. reassembled the machine and operate it again the same problem is still there and there is two different light patterns some times it’s two flashes and sometimes it’s 4 flashes with the old three flashes still there??
I’ve tried the shortest program and when it reaches the flushing stage a humming noise is there and nothing happens.
does the position of the dial related to the number of flashes??sgm

Hi
thanks again for the clarification, another question what is the proper reading for the NTC in Ohms So I can order the part knowing that it’s the requested part.
I live in Libya so the voltage here is 220v as opposed to to the UK will this affect the NTC?my apologies for all the questions but we don’t have any authorized dealers here or any proper engineers who can repair those machines so I need to DIY and make sure before ordering anything, or I would just go and buy a new machine which is ridiculous considering how easy it is to pin point the fault and do the replacement myself.
The local technician who investigated the machine told me that the program selector is faulty, so i went online to find it that is when i stumbled on this site and found out that there are error codes and other stuff that no one here knows about.
In the process of his investigation he opened the program knob and lost a small spring, so know i need to buy the program selector unit too if i can’t find the spring.
anyway thanks again for your patience and cooperationthank you
