Pressed it with no improvement, the red button doesn’t seem to have any resistance when pressing the button, very loose. Can I bridge the thermostat to test if that’s the problem?

Hi

Can someone tell me where the resettable thermostat is please. My machine doesn’t seem to have any water injecting into it, did a reset and there’s water now but won’t heat up, hoping it just needs the thermostat reset.
