I do not see my part number or the Bosch number,it looks like you ordered the wrong one,please can you correct this with the shop. I have already emailed them but have no response and this error made has left my family and I without a washing machine for 2 weeks,which we desparately need at this time to avoid contracting the Coronvirus,so you understand this is urgent and not a game

since you cant use the machine before you order take out the old element and look for mechanical damage. What i am trying to make sure is there is nothing wrong with your drum before you put in a new heater. what can happen is the drum spider fails and on spin the drum can catch the heater and wear through the metal causing a short. So look for signs of contact about two thirds down the heater

I tried to look inside the hole,but sadly it is not possible because the drum at the front does not have enough play to look inside. I think I need the correct part sent to me as per the details I provided unless this is confirmed as a 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} equivalent part

Do you have anywhere I can upload a photo, because below your site only allows 16k. I am willing to send the picture elsewhere so you take a look to resolve this issue,please let me know where.
I cannot have any further delay or cost implications,if this does not work I will require the correct one or refund,due to all the morning wasted by being given the wrong part when all the correct information was provided. It is your error,I do not expect to pay anything more, but I do expect receive to the correct part I ordered

Any solution would be great? How do I proceed? Is the one 40mm safe to use or is it the wrong one? If it’s the wrong one when will I receive the correct one please, because currently my machine is in pieces all over the kitchen

Will it work or blow my machine or too short to do anything, the element is around 40mm shorter, the orginal I removed is around 265mm,but surely the door information you requested tells you that?

Yes around that and the other one is around 230mm. Where are you measuring from and to please?
You insisted I gave you the information from inside the door to ensure this way I received the correct part I assume,how could you possibly get this wrong. I really need this fixed today,I can’t wait forever for a washing machine

Hello many thanks for the part,now I got difficulty fitting it at the moment unsure if I need to locate any drum retaining clip at the front of this machine, I have removed the panel/screws at the bottom to ease the front away,but now wondering if I am going about this the wrong way. Noticed rubber off the seal on the inside of the drum and on a spin knocking and noisy this time. Anything I need to check,with regards to the noise?
