Tried again and was hopeful – filled with water and emptied but then again the dreaded Check Water light came on. Double checked the new part was tightly in place and it was. Tried the 45 degree tilt again just in case. Not sure there’s anything else I can do now 🙁

FINALLY I have the part as the original one got lost so have been waiting. Had trouble putting the part in but appears ok but now can’t hear water coming in and the Washing button is flashing.

Thanks Do I need to replace side panel before I test again?

when you say replace twice do you mean take it out, switch on then switch off and take it in and out again? Thank you

Thanks for response, Have had a look at the part and it appears that it can be fitted by removing the left panel.
It does seem strange that I have not used it but when bought was working perfectly.
