i work for British Gas and we have to carry out all tests (eli inc)

we are all issued with an Alphatek Instaltest 61557 14-in-1 Installation Tester which will do all the tests u will need and more

e2 fault

there is an e2 kit that can be fitted which contains a new side tank p/swithc anf anti flood switch. all parts must be fitted.

it can also be caused by a blockage in a pipe that runs from the side tank through the salt pot and into the sump. make sure this is clear
