    thanks for the reply, i know you stated that you aren’t qualified, but is it easy too identify which parts need replacing with the 1’s you have said?

    Hi, i have a whirlpool S20B RSS31-A/G, the plate numbers are:
    8586151 15010
    110248 025225
    The freezer has started beeping & the warning light on the front flashes & the temp gauge shows no numbers, only dashes! When it is switched off, then on again the temp value appears & stops beeping. Has anybody any advice on this matter?
    The temp does seem to warm up when this problem occurs!
